Access to Information Act, 2018 Reform
As an integral part of our strategic development initiative in Seychelles, we have embarked on a comprehensive review and reform process aimed at enhancing the efficient implementation of the Access to Information Act, 2018 (ATIA) established by the Information Commission over five years ago. This endeavour includes conducting meticulous research activities, among which the distribution of a questionnaire stands out as a crucial tool for garnering valuable insights.
Through this questionnaire, we seek to gather diverse perspectives and constructive feedback to refine and optimize the mechanisms governing access to information in Seychelles. Your participation and input in this questionnaire are highly appreciated as we endeavour to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the ATIA for the benefit of all stakeholders involved.
